Implant-retained fixed bridges are used as a more permanent or ‘fixed’ replacement of all teeth. In this case, between 4-6 implants are placed in the upper and/or lower jaws, which will support the full bridge. You will not have to worry about your fixed bridges coming out because only we can remove the prosthesis for maintenance and cleaning.
